Donna comes from a background in management and training. She co-founded and ran a small vocational training company for 20 years, before meeting Penny who introduced her to NVR. Inspired by Penny's passion for the approach, and seeing uses for its application everywhere, she joined NVRnorthampton 10 years ago and the rest, as they say, is history...
