I have over 20 years’ experience in working within Children and Families Services for various local authorities and within the Criminal Justice and Youth Justice system, in community, residential and custodial settings.

I hold a Diploma in Probation Practice and a CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) coaching certificate. I am experienced in assessing and delivering accredited interventions to individuals who have displayed sexual harmful behaviours and/or who have used violence and aggression within intimate relationships.

My NVR journey begun in 2019, I never looked back! Despite being trained in several accredited models NVR is my chosen approach and informs my practice even when using other approaches.  

NVR is not just a therapiutic intervention, but it has become a way of life and ‘the more I think NVR’ the more I love the idea of sharing the approach universally in supporting individuals, families and building healthier and violence free communities.

At Lotus NVR we offer comprehensive consultancy, training to professionals, schools, community based and residential settings. We provide specialised interventions to support parents in their journey, empowering them.

Our personalised coaching programs to neurodivergent and neuro-typical young people support them in developing insights and tools to manage emotions and navigate relationships while fostering trust and communication with techniques grounded in the NVR approach.
