With over 30 years of experience in child and adolescent mental health, I am dedicated to supporting families through challenging times. I began my career as a social worker in 1993 and later specialized in Systemic Family Therapy, earning an MSc from Oxford Brookes University. In 2006, I pursued advanced training to teach, train, and supervise in family therapy, and later achieved Level 2 certification in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy under Dan Hughes.
After retiring from CAMHS, I was one of the co-founders of NVR INNOVATIONS Training organisation and we now focus on Advanced Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) training and supervision.
