I am passionate about empowering families through the NVR parenting approach as I have seen how transformative NVR parenting can be. NVR is not a ‘tick box’ course to be done and then forgotten, it becomes a way of life that every family member benefits from.

Using a no shame and no blame approach, I offer NVR coaching to parents and carers on a 1-1 basis via Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp or telephone. I offer NVR sessions between 10am-10pm to help parents and carers find the time and head space to attend whilst managing busy lives. I believe NVR coaching should be accessible, affordable and flexible – taking each family’s circumstance into account.

I offer 2 hour introductory sessions to introduce the NVR parenting approach for those just wanting to find out more. I also provide online NVR sessions to groups of foster carers. This can be very helpful in terms of peer support, encouragement and understanding.

Prior to starting my NVR business - NVR Way, I worked for a fostering charity for 12 years, supporting foster carers caring for children and young people affected by trauma and attachment difficulties. It was through this work I was introduced to NVR. Prior to that, I worked in local authority children’s services for 12 years. I understand the issues and complexities parents and carers face and have seen the difference NVR can make.
