As an Australian-trained Social Worker with over a decade of specialist experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), I am dedicated to helping families navigate times of intense conflict, distress, and heightened emotion.

At the heart of my practice is a passion for strengthening family relationships. I specialize in supporting parents and carers to thoughtfully adapt how they respond to their children or young people during high-stress moments, de-escalating tension while rebuilding connection and trust.

Areas of Specialism

• Child to Parent Violence & Aggression (CPVA): Applying Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) principles to help parents establish strong, loving boundaries, reduce escalation, and restore safety in the home.

• Neurodiversity: Providing tailored, neuro-affirming support for autistic young people, those with ADHD, and their families.

• High-Prevalence Mood Disorders: Supporting children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.

My Approach

I view every family as the expert in their own lives. My role is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental partnership grounded in gentle guidance. Together, we work to move away from cycles of reactivity and toward sustainable, peaceful family dynamics.
