I am a Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) Practitioner, EMCC Accredited Coach and a qualified Teacher. I provide coaching and training to individuals and organisations through my private practice, associate work and being a member of NHS Professionals.

I specialise in adapting NVR for AuDHD/PDA families and combine my own lived experience with the principles of NVR to deliver my Parenting Differently Neuro-NVR Programmes and Coaching.
